-Transferred wafer technologies (CMOS/Bi-Poly devices) from U.S to China by one year.-Involved in the whole process of starting up a brand new 8 inch wafer FAB in Tianjin China in 9 months until 1st lot produced.(From facility hookup, machine move in, setup , qualification ,fine best clothes blog tune, trial run, benchmark to final product).-Managed around 100 equipments installation, running performance (machine down time increase from 56% to 98%),spare parts ,retrofit for discount wedding prom dresses improvement.-Passed QS9000 certification.-Wrote the PM procedures and checklists .Setup and review the PM frequency.-Developed the equipment team from wedding dresses form china to 17.
